Kareem Rozier

Kareem is currently the point guard for The Duquesne University.

Kareem is an energetic leader, passionate player, and helped lead the Dukes to a 2024 A10 Championship.

He is the founder of Rozier Academy where he helps inform aspiring point guards on how make it to the Division 1 level.

College Career

Kareem is a junior at The Duquesne University studying sports media and communications

He has been at Duquesne University since his freshman season in 2021.

Since then, he played in over 70 collegiate games. During his sophmore year he started in 21 games and played in all 37.

This season, 2024-2025, Kareem is averaging 7.2 pts, 3.8 Reb, and 3.8 Ast. He has an assist to turnover ratio of 3.75 which ranks #9 in the NCAA.

High School Career

  • Four-year starter who averaged 16.9 points, 8.2 assists and 6.5 rebounds per game in leading Orchard Lake St. Mary’s to a 20-5 (.800) record as a senior.
  • 2022 Catholic League champion
  • Named to the 2022 Associated Press All-State FIrst Team as well as the All-Metro First Team.
  • One of five finalists for the Hal Schram Mr. Basketball award.
  • Helped OLSM to three district titles and two regional, city and conference championships.
  • OLSM earned the No. 1 rank in the state three consecutive years with Rozier at the point.
