Dae Dae Grant
DG is currently a professional playing for Rio Bregan in Spain.
Dae Dae is a Duquesne Hall of Fame Member, Atlantic 10 Confrence Champion, 2,000 Career Point Scorer, and 2024 A10 Tournament MVP.
Dae Dae enjoys cooking and fashion among other things. He is extremely careful about his diet and is very capable in the kitchen.
He is the creator DG3TV on youtube where he documents his basketball journey and daily life.
Professional Career
Dae Dae is currently playing the 2024/2025 season with the Rio Breogan Basketball Club in Madrid, Spain.
His first professional experience was in North Macedonia, where he played three games with Feniks 2010 Club, contributing 28.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5 assists. After this performance, his contract was bought out and Dae Dae signed with Serbian team, Radnicki KG. In Serbia, he averaged 22.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5.2 assists in 9 games.
After playing in Serbia and Macedonia, Dae Dae landed a great position with the Rio Breogan Club, a premier club in Spain. Currently, he is currently making an instant impact on the team. During his debut, he scored 18 points, 3 Rebounds, and 1 Assist, and led Rio Breogan to a 77-74 victory over Basquet Girona.
College Career
Dae Dae's college career was nothing short of historic. He began his career at the University of Miami Ohio. During his freshman year, he appeared in all 32 games, making 29 starts during his freshman campaign. DG was named to the All-MAC Freshmen Team after his first year.
During his sophmore career, he appeared and started in all 23 games. Dae Dae was named to All-MAC Third Team, earned MAC Player of the Week, College Sports Madness MAC Player of the Week and Lou Henson National Player of the Week.
In his junior year, Dae Dae transfered to The Duquesne University.
While at Duquesne, DG led the dukes to an unforgettable March Madness run in the 2023-2024 season. Along the way, Dae Dae scored 2,000 career points, won an A10 Championship, earned A-10 Tournament MVP, and was inducted into the Duquesne Hall of Fame.
His impact was felt since his first day with the program. Dae Dae is a leader, self-motivated, hard working super star.
Highschool Career
Dae Dae is the definition of a hometown hero. He is from Lorain, Ohio where basketball is really all they have. He defied all odds during his career, put Lorain on the map, and left his name forever in the Lorain County history books.
In his career, he was a four-year letter winner for Lorain High School. He led the Titans to a 23-2 record, averaging 26.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.8 steals per game in 2019. Dae Dae was named First-Team All-State in Division I as a senior. He led the Titans to final four during his junior season. He scored a career-high 44 points, and was named Mr. Basketball of Lorain County.
