Established on October 12, 2023.

The focus of Sportsmode is to guide athletic entrepreneurs with their name, image, and likeness.

We work with 1 on 1 with athletes to help them create a brand, make connections, and oversee all NIL deals with collectives.

Our B2B side deals with helping businesses advertise through our athletes. We have helped the Pirates, Pages Dairy, Zeds Vintage, and other well established Pittsburgh brands.

Athletic Representation

NIL Contracts

We help negotiate contracts with collectives, oversee advertising deals, and guide NCAA athletes with their NIL.

NIL Taxes

We inform athletes about the taxing process that comes with getting paid NIL.

Becoming an LLC

Athletes who establish an LLC to get paid through their NIL can experience the same tax benefits as any business.

Brand Creation

We work our athletes 1-on-1, get to know their personal goals, and help them create a business plan that will get them paid during their NCAA and after.

Digital Marketing

Our marketing team consists of two great photographers, a videographer, an editor, and two graphic design specialists.

Content Creation

Our goal is to create effective ads to run for your business. This is all about us sitting down and coming up with a strategy on what we are selling, who's attention we are trying to capture, and ultimately what we want to acheive.

Working with Athletes

Representing athletes in the NIL landscape, we make sure to get them compensated for their time and efforts within each advertisement we create. This also means helping your business collaborate with an athlete to enter a new market, reach a new demographic, or to test it out.

We charge based on what both sides agree is fair for our time and effort. This conversation will be had before any pieces are set in place and is the foundation of our relationship.

Our Work With

The Pittsburgh Pirates

We were honored to work with the Pirates on two occassions. We helped the Pirates advertise their new city edition t-shirts that were specific to each player on their team. The Pirates needed local Division 1 athletes to help promote their new release and our guys Tre Clark and Dae Dae Grant were there to help!

On April 12, 2024 we were honored to collaborate with the most known Ice-Cream Brand in all of Pittsburgh. Our goal was to help Pages create awareness to students about their opening. We filmed challenges, learned how the business operates, and ultimately had a great day full of flavor.

Zeds Vintage

We collaborated with one of the most popular vintage stores in all of Pittsburgh. We filmed a promotion highlighting the store, the owners, and their story. Targeting Duquesne Students, Tre Clark had $150 store credit, and showcased the shop's diverse selction and extreme affordability.
